The Balterley Winshill floor-standing vanity is designed for homeowners looking to combine practical bathroom storage with a modern, furniture-led aesthetic. This unit serves as an ideal solution for organizing toiletries while providing a sleek focal point, though its fixed floor-standing design means it may not be suitable for bathrooms where wall-mounted units are required for specific floor-cleaning preferences.

No, this unit is supplied as a vanity cabinet and basin; taps and waste fittings must be purchased separately.
You will need a spirit level, a drill for wall fixing, and a standard plumbing wrench for connecting your tap and waste.
Yes, but it is recommended to shim the base or use the adjustable leveling feet to ensure the unit is stable before fixing it to the wall.
Use a damp, soft cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid excessive water exposure and never use abrasive chemical cleaners.
While the unit is floor-standing, it is recommended to secure it to the wall for safety. Please source wall fixings appropriate for your specific wall type.
Ensure the floor is level and adjust the feet if necessary, then secure the unit to the wall using appropriate fixing brackets.
Check that the waste fitting is tightened correctly and that the silicone seal between the basin and the waste pipe is intact.
Use the adjustment screws on the internal door hinges to shift the door position horizontally or vertically until they hang straight.
Because the unit is supplied fully assembled, installation primarily involves positioning the unit, leveling it, and securing it to the wall. Ensure your plumbing lines align with the internal space of the cabinet before fastening. The unit is compatible with any standard-sized basin mixer. For care, keep the cabinet dry by wiping away excess water splashes promptly to protect the finish. Use a mild soap and water solution to clean the ceramic basin, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive scouring pads that could scratch the glaze.
