FAQs

Is this jacket machine washable?

Yes, but it is advised to use a gentle cycle with cold water and avoid high-heat tumble drying to protect the synthetic herringbone material.

Is the jacket waterproof?

The jacket is made from synthetic polyester which offers some water resistance for light mist, but it is not intended for heavy rain or prolonged wet weather.

What size does this jacket come in?

This specific variant is designed for age group 4 (UK sizing).

Does the collar interfere with scarves?

The stand collar is low-profile and designed to sit neatly under most scarves, providing a layered look without excessive bulk.

How should I store this jacket to prevent wrinkles?

Hang the jacket on a contoured child-sized hanger to keep the collar structure intact and prevent sagging at the shoulders.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels stiff or hard to pull

Ensure no fabric is caught in the track. If it remains stiff, apply a tiny amount of beeswax or a graphite pencil lead to the teeth to lubricate the zipper.

Fabric surface shows small marks or dust

Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth dampened with cool water to gently wipe the area in the direction of the fabric weave.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of the Moncler Enfant Elra Jacket, follow these care instructions:

Cleaning: Due to the synthetic herringbone material, it is recommended to follow the care label specifically. Gentle machine wash in cold water is often suitable, but air drying is preferred to maintain the integrity of the elastic trims.
Stain Removal: Treat spots immediately with a mild detergent. Avoid harsh bleach or scrubbing, which may disrupt the texture of the fabric.
Storage: Store the jacket on a padded hanger to maintain the shape of the stand collar when not in use.
Compatibility: Designed as a size 4 for children, this jacket fits best as a standalone outer layer over thin to medium-weight base layers.
