FAQs

What is the weight capacity of the shelves?

Please refer to the product specifications for the exact weight capacity of each shelf. Avoid overloading the shelves beyond their recommended capacity.

What tools are needed for installation?

You'll need a drill, level, screwdriver, and possibly a stud finder, depending on your wall type.

Can I use these shelves in the bathroom?

Yes, but be mindful of moisture. Ensure the shelves are not exposed to excessive water and wipe them dry if they get wet.

Are the shelves easy to clean?

Yes, simply wipe them with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.

What if I lose the mounting hardware?

You can purchase replacement hardware at most hardware stores. Ensure the replacements are suitable for your wall type.

How do I ensure the shelves are straight?

Use a level during the installation process to ensure the shelves are aligned horizontally.

Troubleshooting

Shelves feel unstable after installation.

Ensure the shelves are securely mounted to the wall with appropriate anchors. Check that all screws are tightened properly. If the wall material is soft, consider using more robust anchors.

Screws won't tighten.

Make sure you are using the correct size screws. If the holes are too large, try using longer screws or different anchors.

The shelves are not level.

Use a level during installation to ensure the shelves are straight. If they are slightly off, adjust the mounting hardware accordingly.
