FAQs

What is the maximum pressure this pump can handle?

The pump can handle a maximum pressure of 300 PSI.

Can I use this pump for my bicycle tires?

No, this pump is designed specifically for suspension forks and shocks and is not suitable for tires.

How do I know the correct pressure for my suspension?

Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for your specific fork or shock model. These can usually be found on the fork/shock itself, in the manual, or on the manufacturer's website.

What should I do if the pressure release valve doesn't work?

Check for any obstructions or damage to the valve. If the valve is damaged, the pump may need to be repaired or replaced.

How often should I check the pressure in my suspension?

It is recommended to check the pressure before each ride. Pressure can change due to temperature fluctuations and riding conditions.

How do I lubricate the pump?

Use a light, bicycle-specific lubricant to lubricate the pump's moving parts. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for lubrication.

What if the gauge is inaccurate?

If you suspect the gauge is inaccurate, compare it to a known accurate gauge. If it is significantly off, the pump may need to be calibrated or replaced.

Troubleshooting

Pump does not register pressure

Ensure the pump head is securely attached to the valve. Check for any leaks at the valve connection.

Pressure drops after removing the pump

Tighten the valve core with a valve core tool.

Pump is difficult to operate

Ensure the pump is properly lubricated.
