FAQs

Can I use this shampoo every day?

It is generally recommended for periodic use rather than daily use, especially if you have dry or processed hair.

Is it safe for color-treated hair?

Yes, the formula is designed to be gentle enough for both color-treated and keratin-treated hair.

Does this shampoo help with itchy scalps?

Yes, by removing build-up and balancing the scalp's pH, it can provide relief for scalps affected by product accumulation.

What does the shampoo smell like?

It features a refreshing, crisp fragrance composed of lime and mint notes.

How much product should I use?

A coin-sized amount is usually sufficient to create a rich lather, depending on the thickness and length of your hair.

Troubleshooting

Hair feels slightly tangled after rinsing

The deep cleansing action can leave hair feeling 'squeaky' clean; follow immediately with a nourishing conditioner or leave-in treatment to restore slip.

Scalp feels tight after use

Reduce the frequency of use to once every two weeks or ensure you are rinsing the scalp thoroughly to remove all product residue.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product requires no complex setup; simply ensure the cap is securely closed when stored in a humid shower environment. It is fully compatible with most standard conditioners, though it works exceptionally well with other products in the KMS range. To maintain product integrity, keep the bottle away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Because this is a clarifying shampoo, store it separately if you have a multi-step routine to avoid accidentally using it during a daily wash when a milder cleanser is required.
