Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or difficult to move

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. If it persists, apply a small amount of wax (like a candle or lip balm) along the zipper teeth and try again. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper.

Bag has a faint odor

Air out the bag in a well-ventilated area for a day. You can also place a sachet of baking soda inside overnight to absorb odors. Wipe down with a mild soap and water solution if the odor persists.

Stains are difficult to remove

For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth with a mild detergent solution. Gently scrub the stained area. Rinse by wiping with a clean, damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This lunch bag requires no assembly. It is ready to use straight out of the packaging.

Compatibility: Designed primarily for children's lunch items, including sandwiches, snacks, fruits, and drinks. It is compatible with most standard lunchbox containers and ice packs.

Care: To clean, simply wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, a mild soap can be used, followed by a thorough wipe-down with a clean, damp cloth.
