Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. The pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction; however, ensure the pan is centered over the burner to prevent handle overheating. While the pan is dishwasher safe, cleaning it by hand with a soft sponge and mild detergent will significantly extend the life of the ceramic non-stick coating. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock. To maintain the non-stick surface, use only silicone, nylon, or wooden cooking utensils and avoid stacking it directly with other metal pans without a protective layer.
