Stem reducers feature a push fit connection and a stem connection and are used to decrease the diameter of a straight pipe run by connecting two different diameter pipe lengths together. Like all other push fit plumbing fittings, they can be installed, removed and re-used with ease by simply inserting a pipe into them while using a pipe insert and twisting the plastic nut to lock it in place, then untwisting it if the pipe needs to be removed. This Floplast Flofit+ FSR1522 22X15mm Stem Reducer 2496001353 comes with a 50 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee. Flofit+ is a plastic plumbing fitting which is demountable & reusable. The Floflit+ plastic plumbing fittings range is also suitable for us with Drinking Water, Central Heating Systems as well as suitable for Hard & Soft water areas. Plastic Plumbing Fittings or Plastic Push-Fit Fittings are a suitable alternative to Copper Tube and Pipe.
