The Bigjigs Toys Digger Tray Puzzle is an ideal choice for toddlers and young children beginning their journey with developmental toys. It provides a tactile way to enhance dexterity, shape matching, and focus through a high-quality, 9-piece wooden design. While the large pieces are easy for little hands to grasp, the board-guided assembly is best suited for beginners, meaning older children may find the challenge level lower than more complex puzzles.

Yes, the wooden tray is specifically designed to keep the pieces contained for storage and travel.
Bigjigs Toys adheres to strict safety standards, ensuring that all paints and materials used are child-safe.
This specific Digger set includes 9 wooden pieces.
The puzzle consists of a sturdy wooden base board with printed guides and wooden pieces.
Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or soak in water.
Check if any debris is caught in the wooden tray slots or if a piece is slightly misaligned; ensure the tray is on a perfectly flat surface.
Use a small amount of non-toxic wood glue for minor edge repairs, though it is recommended to keep the wood dry to prevent this.
No complex setup is required; simply remove the puzzle from the packaging and the pieces are ready for play. To ensure the longevity of the wooden pieces, avoid submerging them in water, which can cause the wood to warp or the print to peel. If the tray or pieces get sticky or dirty, wipe them down with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and air dry completely. For storage, keep all pieces within the wooden tray and consider using a small cloth bag or plastic wrap to ensure pieces do not slide out during transit.
