Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup & Installation
Your electric fireplace offers three primary installation methods:
- Recessed Installation: For a built-in, seamless look, prepare a wall opening that precisely matches the fireplace dimensions. Ensure there is adequate support within the wall structure. Professional installation is recommended for this method to ensure proper fit and electrical wiring.
- Wall-Mounted Installation: Use the included mounting bracket to securely hang the fireplace on a stud or using appropriate wall anchors. Ensure the mounting height allows for easy access to controls and optimal viewing.
- Freestanding Installation: Attach the provided holder feet to the bottom of the unit. This allows the fireplace to stand steadily on any flat, level surface. Ideal for spaces where wall mounting or recessing isn't an option.
Detailed instructions and necessary hardware for each installation type are included in your product manual. Always ensure the fireplace is installed near a suitable power outlet.
Compatibility
This fireplace requires a standard 120V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet. Due to its 1800W heating capability, it's advisable to connect it to a dedicated 15-amp or 20-amp circuit to avoid tripping breakers, especially if other high-draw appliances are on the same circuit.
Product Care
Regular care will keep your fireplace looking its best:
- Cleaning: Ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces and the tempered glass panel. For stubborn marks on the glass, a non-abrasive glass cleaner can be used.
- Internal Media: Periodically, the crystals or faux logs can be removed and gently dusted or wiped clean.
- Ventilation: Ensure the heat outlet and air intake vents are kept clear of obstructions to maintain efficient heating performance and prevent overheating.
- Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, cover it to protect from dust and moisture.

Safety Information
- Always keep combustible materials (curtains, furniture, bedding) at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from the front of the fireplace.
- Do not block the air vents on the unit.
- Unplug the fireplace before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- Never operate the fireplace with a damaged cord or plug.
