FAQs
What is the weight limit for the Concorde Bar Stool?
While specific weight capacities can vary by batch, it is engineered for standard residential use; please avoid exceeding 120kg for safety.
Does the stool come in other colors?
This guide covers the White variant; please check current catalog listings for other available color options.
Is the base non-slip?
Yes, the underside of the chrome base typically includes a protective ring to prevent slipping and protect flooring from scratches.
How do I remove stains from the seat?
Gently blot the area with a mixture of mild soap and warm water; avoid harsh chemicals that might discolor the white material.
Can I replace the gas lift cylinder if it fails?
Yes, the gas lift is a standard component, but please consult customer support before attempting replacement to ensure compatibility.
Troubleshooting
The gas lift does not adjust the height.
Ensure the plastic protective cap on the gas lift button was removed during assembly, as this often prevents the mechanism from engaging.
The stool feels wobbly.
Check that all base fasteners and the connection between the seat and the gas lift column are fully tightened.
The swivel is stiff.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the swivel bearing if it has become dry or stiff over time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The stool comes flat-packed and requires basic assembly. Ensure all screws are tightened during setup to maintain long-term stability.
Compatibility: With a height range of 640mm to 850mm, it is compatible with most standard residential kitchen islands and bar counters.
Care: To maintain the finish, wipe the white seat regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the upholstery. The chrome base should be kept dry and polished occasionally with a microfiber cloth to maintain its shine and prevent oxidation.
