Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or difficult to open/close

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to work the zipper back and forth. You can also use a graphite pencil (rubbing the lead on the teeth) or a silicone-based zipper lubricant for smoother operation.

Waist belt does not stay secure

Ensure the buckle is fully engaged. Check that the strap is threaded correctly through any adjustment points. If the strap material is new, it may need a few uses to break in and hold tension better.

Pack feels uncomfortable when worn

Adjust the strap length and positioning to find the most comfortable fit for your body type and chosen carrying style (hip or cross-body). Ensure the contents are evenly distributed within the pack.
