Troubleshooting
Spray nozzle clogging
Rinse the nozzle under warm water to clear any residue from the natural oils.
Insects still landing on the animal
Ensure that the product has been applied evenly across the entire coat and that you have not missed high-traffic areas like the legs or underbelly.
Separation of ingredients in the bottle
This is normal due to the natural oil content; simply shake the bottle vigorously before every use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using the product, ensure the 3-litre container is tightly sealed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the natural oils. The product is compatible with most standard trigger sprayers. Always shake the container well before use to ensure the moisturizing oils are properly distributed within the solution. While the formula is designed for sensitive skin, perform a small patch test on a tiny area of the animal's skin if they have a history of extreme sensitivities.
