Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires standard woodworking tools, including a drill, level, and wood screws suitable for outdoor use. When mounting as a fence topper, ensure that your existing posts are structurally sound and capable of supporting the additional height and wind load.
For wall mounting, use appropriate spacers to keep the wood slightly away from the wall surface; this promotes airflow behind the panel and prevents trapped moisture from accelerating decay. To maintain the appearance, you may choose to apply an exterior-grade wood stain or preservative once every two years, depending on your local climate. Always check the panels for any loose fixings or debris accumulation before the start of the spring growing season.
