Is this charger compatible with iPhone 11 or older models?
No, this charger is specifically designed for the iPhone 12 series and newer, which features the internal magnetic ring.
Does it come with a wall plug?
No, the package includes the magnetic charging pad and cable, but you will need to provide your own USB wall adapter.
Can I use this with a phone case?
Yes, provided the case is MagSafe-compatible or very thin and non-metallic to allow the magnets to engage properly.
How do I know if it is charging?
Your iPhone will display the standard battery charging icon on the screen immediately upon making contact with the pad.
Is the magnetic connection strong enough to hold the phone vertically?
The magnet is designed to hold the phone securely against the pad for stable charging in various orientations.
Troubleshooting
Phone is not charging when placed on the pad.
