Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your Bridgewater pen set, simply rotate the top portion of the barrel to extend the ballpoint tip. When finished, twist in the opposite direction to retract. To ensure the pens last a lifetime, keep them stored in the provided gift box when not in use to prevent the silver heart hardware from becoming tarnished or scratched. For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the finish. If the ink flow becomes inconsistent over many years of use, the internal cartridges are generally compatible with standard ballpoint refills available at most office supply retailers.
