Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install your floating unit, ensure you are using appropriate hardware for your wall type—such as wall anchors for drywall or masonry plugs for brick. Always use a level during installation to ensure the piece hangs straight, as the mirror may highlight even slight alignment issues.
For maintenance, keep the wood finish looking its best by dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If cleaning the mirror surface, spray glass cleaner onto the cloth first rather than directly onto the mirror to prevent moisture from seeping into the wooden frame, which could cause warping over time. Avoid placing the unit in areas with extreme humidity, such as directly inside a bathroom, to protect the longevity of the wood grain.
