Troubleshooting

Side panels do not fit properly.

Ensure you have the correct size panels for your Outsunny canopy. Check the dimensions of both the panels and the canopy to confirm compatibility. Allowable deviation around 3cm. If the panels are still not fitting correctly, check the placement of the hook and loop fasteners to make sure they are properly aligned.

Hook and loop fasteners are not sticking.

Make sure the canopy frame and the side panels are clean and dry before attaching the hook and loop fasteners. If the fasteners are damaged, contact Outsunny customer support for replacement parts.

Panels are damaged or torn.

Assess the damage to determine if it can be repaired. For minor tears, you may be able to use fabric tape or patches. For more significant damage, consider replacing the side panels. Contact Outsunny customer support.
