Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply plug the USB-C connector into the corresponding port on your device and the host (e.g., laptop, charger, monitor). Ensure a firm connection at both ends.
Compatibility: This cable is USB4 certified and backward compatible with Thunderbolt 3/4, USB 3.2 (Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 2x2), and USB 2.0. However, to achieve maximum speeds (40Gbps data, 240W charging, 8K video), both the connected devices and the ports must support the relevant USB4 specifications. If using with older USB versions, performance will be limited to the capabilities of those standards.
Care: Keep the connectors clean by gently wiping them with a dry cloth if necessary. Avoid exposing the cable to extreme temperatures, moisture, or sharp bends. Store the cable loosely coiled to prevent internal damage to the wiring.
