Troubleshooting
Dispenser slides on the desk
Ensure the nonslip base is clean and free from dust or debris. Place the dispenser on a smooth, dry surface.
Tape doesn't cut cleanly
Check that the tape is properly threaded over the cutting edge. Ensure the tape roll is not too loose on the spindle. The cutting blade may need replacement if excessively worn, though this is uncommon.
Spindle parts don't fit together
Verify you are assembling the correct pieces for the desired tape core size. Ensure there is no debris preventing the pieces from slotting together.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The dispenser's spindle comes in two parts: a small centre piece and a larger outer section. To accommodate a 1" core tape roll, insert the small centre piece into the larger outer section. For a 3" core roll, the small centre piece can be removed, and the larger section used directly. Slide your tape roll onto the assembled spindle and thread the tape end over the cutting edge.
Compatibility: Compatible with standard tape rolls that fit either a 1-inch (25mm) or 3-inch (76mm) core. Ensure your tape roll width does not exceed the dispenser's internal capacity.
Care: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the chrome finish. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. Keep away from excessive moisture.
