Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Preparation: Ensure the walls are clean, dry, and free from dust or old wallpaper. Any imperfections should be filled and sanded smooth. A suitable wallpaper primer is recommended for best adhesion.
Application: This is a 'Paste The Paper' wallpaper. Apply a generous and even layer of wallpaper adhesive specifically designed for non-woven or paper-backed wallpapers directly onto the back of the wallpaper. Allow the paste to 'sit' for the manufacturer's recommended time (usually 5-10 minutes) to fully absorb before hanging. Use a spirit level and plumb line to ensure the first strip is perfectly vertical. Trim edges carefully with a sharp blade once hung.
Compatibility: Suitable for application on most prepared interior walls, including plaster, drywall, and previously painted surfaces. Avoid areas with high moisture, such as bathrooms unless specifically stated as suitable.
Care: To clean, use a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive scrubbing, as this may damage the surface. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
