Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is highly durable, avoid using metal utensils that may scratch the non-stick coating; silicone or wooden tools are recommended to preserve the life of the surface. For cleaning, hand washing is highly recommended to maintain the integrity of the non-stick layers. If storing by hanging, ensure the hook is compatible with the handle's eyelet to prevent accidental drops. Avoid sudden thermal shock, such as plunging a hot pan into cold water, as this can affect the flatness of the base over extended periods of use.
