The Ulanzi JJ03 is an essential accessory for mobile content creators, vloggers, and travelers who need a compact, all-in-one solution for stabilized handheld and tripod-mounted shooting. Its key strength lies in its powerful 12N integrated magnetic mount, which allows for instant attachment of MagSafe devices, making it perfect for rapid transitions between vlogging and static shots. While it offers unmatched convenience for MagSafe users, those with non-magnetic phones will require an additional magnetic ring or case to leverage the device's primary mounting feature.

Yes, but you must attach a magnetic ring to your Android phone or case to enable the magnetic mount.
The remote typically uses a standard coin-cell battery accessible by prying open the back cover of the shutter unit.
It is designed for standard smartphones; avoid mounting heavy camera rigs or tablets that exceed the weight limit.
No, the remote acts as a generic Bluetooth keyboard/shutter button and works directly with your phone's native camera app.
The magnetic mount allows for quick orientation changes between portrait and landscape modes.
Ensure the remote is charged or the battery is fresh, then toggle your phone's Bluetooth off and on again to re-scan for the device.
Verify that your case is MagSafe-compatible or that you are using a strong magnetic ring; standard plastic cases often block the magnetic force.
Ensure all three legs are fully extended and placed on a flat, level surface to distribute the phone's weight evenly.
To begin using the JJ03, ensure your smartphone is MagSafe-compatible. If not, apply a universal magnetic ring to the back of your phone or your case. To pair the remote, turn on your phone's Bluetooth, press the button on the remote, and select the device name from your phone settings menu. For maintenance, keep the tripod legs clear of sand or grit to ensure they fold smoothly. Wipe the magnetic face with a dry, microfiber cloth to maintain a clean surface, and avoid submerging the remote or the main body in water as it is not waterproof.
