They are suitable for standard room-temperature plates and glassware, but we do not recommend placing extremely hot pots or pans directly from the oven onto the surface.
These are designed for indoor use. Outdoor humidity and temperature fluctuations may damage the mirrored backing and internal crystal structure.
The set includes a total of 6 pieces: 4 coasters (10x10 cm) and 2 placemats (25x25 cm).
The base of these items is generally smooth, but for added protection on delicate surfaces, you may wish to apply small felt pads to the corners.
The crushed crystals are safely encased within the decorative panel to provide the glittering effect without creating loose debris.
Use a dry, lint-free microfibre cloth to buff the surface gently in circular motions.
Ensure no moisture is trapped under the item and clean with a dry cloth to restore the shine.
Setting up the DEENZ set is straightforward: simply place the mats and coasters on a level, dry surface. To ensure longevity, avoid sliding heavy items across the glass, as this may cause micro-scratches. For care, gently wipe the surfaces with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid using harsh chemical glass cleaners, as these may seep into the crystal compartment or damage the mirrored backing. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a soft cloth. Do not soak the pieces in water or place them in a dishwasher, as liquid ingress could compromise the internal materials.
