Is the tray made from food-safe materials?

Yes, it is constructed from durable stainless steel suitable for food presentation.

How many trays can be stacked at once?

While there is no strict limit, we recommend stacking them in reasonable heights to ensure stability and prevent the bottom tray from bearing too much weight.

Does the hammered texture make the tray hard to clean?

Not at all; the tray is dishwasher safe, and the hammered pattern does not trap debris, allowing for easy cleaning.

What is the exact diameter of the tray?

The tray has a diameter of 260mm.

Troubleshooting

Water spots or streaks after dishwasher cycle

Hand-dry the tray with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth immediately after the cycle ends.

Fingerprints and smudges on the mirror surface

Use a standard glass cleaner or a specialized stainless steel polish to restore the reflective finish.

Light surface scratches

Use a dedicated stainless steel restorer or polishing compound suitable for food-grade surfaces.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the tray is straightforward; it requires no assembly and is ready for use immediately upon unboxing. To maintain the mirror finish, ensure the tray is stored in a clean, dry environment to prevent water spotting. While the tray is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to use a mild detergent to preserve the luster of the stainless steel. Avoid using steel wool or harsh abrasive scouring pads, as these will scratch the mirrored surface and dull the aesthetic over time. For best results, dry the tray immediately after washing to prevent streaks.
