FAQs

Can I use 1-inch and 2-inch plates simultaneously?

The rack is designed to accommodate both sizes, though typically you use one set at a time based on the sleeve configuration.

Does this rack come with the weights shown in photos?

No, weight plates and barbells are sold separately.

What is the maximum weight for the cable system?

The cable pulley system is rated for up to 250kg.

Can I bolt this to the ground?

While the frame is inherently stable due to its weight, users may choose to anchor the base to the floor if their facility requires it for added safety.

How much ceiling clearance do I need?

It is recommended to have at least 2.5 meters of clearance to allow for full range of motion on pull-ups.

Troubleshooting

Pulley system feels sticky or makes noise.

Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the guide rods and pulleys to ensure smooth movement.

Rack seems unstable on the floor.

Verify that all floor-level bolts are tightened and ensure the floor surface is perfectly level.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely high load capacity of 1000kg for the main frame.
Versatile cable system allows for both compound and isolation movements.
Compatible with both Olympic and standard plate sizes.
Space-efficient design replaces multiple separate gym machines.

Cons

Requires significant assembly time and space.
Heavy steel construction makes it difficult to relocate once set up.
Does not include weight plates or barbell in the standard package.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Ensure the rack is installed on a flat, level surface, ideally on a rubber gym mat to protect floors and reduce noise. During assembly, tighten all bolts incrementally to ensure frame alignment. For compatibility, ensure your weight plates match the diameter of the pegs. Maintenance should include regular inspections of cable integrity and pulley rotations. Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth after workouts to remove sweat and moisture, which helps prevent corrosion. Periodically check all hardware, including bar holders and safety pins, for any signs of wear or loosening.
