Troubleshooting
Bowl produces a dull or muted sound
Ensure the bowl is sitting on a hard, resonant surface rather than a soft fabric and check that your hand is not touching the side of the bowl while playing.
Sound stops abruptly
Try using a different mallet or a softer touch; pressing too firmly against the rim will dampen the vibration.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your bowl, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable, and vibration-friendly surface, such as a wooden table or a dedicated meditation cushion, to allow for optimal sound resonance. Avoid placing it on thick, uneven surfaces which may dampen the sound. For maintenance, clean the bowl using a soft, dry cloth to preserve the golden artwork and black finish. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can scratch the painted details. When not in use, store it in a dust-free area away from direct sunlight to ensure the pigments remain vibrant over time.
