Troubleshooting
Chair height keeps sinking
Ensure the gas lift cylinder is fully seated into the base and verify that the height adjustment lever is not stuck in a partially open position.
Chair squeaking during movement
Check all bolts under the seat pan for tightness. If the noise persists, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the tilt mechanism pivot points.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High-quality polished aluminium base ensures long-term durability.
- Highly customizable settings for lumbar, height, and tilt.
- Synchronized tilt mechanism encourages movement while seated.
- Modern blue aesthetic fits well in executive and home office settings.
Cons
- Requires assembly upon delivery.
- The number of adjustment levers may feel overwhelming for some users initially.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your chair, ensure all bolts are securely tightened on the aluminium base before attaching the hydraulic lift. Use a damp, soft cloth to clean the upholstery of the blue fabric, avoiding harsh chemical cleaners that may bleach the color. For the polished aluminium base, a dry microfiber cloth is sufficient to maintain its shine. Periodically check the tension knobs under the seat to ensure they haven't loosened over time. The chair is compatible with standard carpeted or hardwood office flooring, though utilizing a chair mat is recommended to protect delicate floor finishes from the caster wheels.
