Troubleshooting

Hose still kinking

Ensure the hose is correctly attached to the reel's inlet and that the quick-click connectors are angled properly to prevent twists. Verify the hose is within the 13mm diameter and 40m length limit.

Winding is stiff or difficult

Check for any obstructions or debris around the winding mechanism or the hose itself. Ensure the hose is not excessively wet or dirty, which can add friction.

Reel is unstable

Confirm that the reel has been assembled correctly and all parts are securely fastened. Ensure it is placed on a firm, level surface.

Components seem missing

Double-check the packaging for all parts. If any parts are genuinely missing, contact customer support for replacements.
