Troubleshooting
Visible dust trapped in the weave
Use a soft-bristled vacuum attachment or a dry microfibre cloth to gently sweep away debris from the gaps.
Minor shape distortion
Gently manipulate the woven structure by hand to reshape; because it is handwoven, the material has some flexibility.
Spilled liquid on the surface
Blot immediately with a dry cloth without rubbing; do not use heat or soap, and allow to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area.

To keep your pouf in excellent condition:
- Dry Cleaning Only: Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe away dust.
- Avoid Moisture: Keep away from high humidity or spills, as water can degrade the natural fibers.
- Chemical Caution: Do not use waxes, detergents, or liquid cleaners on the water hyacinth weave.
- Sunlight: Prolonged direct exposure to intense sunlight may cause the natural fibers to fade or become brittle over time.
