Troubleshooting
Lenticular effect appears blurry
Ensure the card is held at a natural arm's length and is well-lit; the 3D effect relies on proper light reflection.
Plaque feels loose in the packaging
The plaque is designed to be easily detachable; if it shifts during transit, ensure it is centered on the front panel before gifting.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No complex setup is required for this product. Simply write your personal note inside the card, sign it, and place it in the included envelope. To preserve the gold foil and the 3D lenticular finish, avoid bending the card sharply or exposing it to extreme humidity. If sending via mail, ensure the envelope is adequately addressed and verified for the 6 x 9 inch dimensions, as it may be classified differently than standard letter mail by your local post office.
