The Cheerble Wicked Ball Air Rope is an ideal interactive toy for active dogs and cats that enjoy chasing, pouncing, and tug-of-war. Its primary benefit is the smart automated movement that keeps pets engaged even when you are busy, though owners should note that this model is not compatible with app or WiFi control and operates independently through its built-in modes.

No, the Cheerble Wicked Ball Air Rope does not support app or WiFi control. It is designed for simple, independent operation.
You can cycle through the three modes by pressing the main button on the device.
The toy is made of durable E-TPU, but it is not intended as a dedicated chew toy. Always monitor your pet during play.
Charging time can vary, but generally takes a few hours to reach a full charge which provides up to four hours of play.
The ball is water-resistant, but it should not be submerged in water as it contains electronics.
Yes, an included USB cable is provided for convenient recharging.
Ensure the device is fully charged and that you have selected one of the three active play modes.
The ball has a built-in auto shut-off to save power; try interacting with the ball to wake it up or ensure it is placed on an appropriate surface.
Check the USB connection and ensure the charging port is free of debris. Use a different USB power source to verify if the cable is the issue.
To begin, ensure the Wicked Ball Air Rope is fully charged using the provided USB cable. Once charged, press the button to cycle through the three play modes until you reach the desired setting. As this device is not app-controlled, all interaction happens through the physical button. For care, wipe the E-TPU surface with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty. Do not submerge the ball completely in water as it contains electronic components. Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use to extend the lifespan of the battery.
