Product Information
Full details
The IBIZA LIGHT STAR-WASH-BL is a versatile, compact moving head light designed for mobile DJs, small venues, and event organizers seeking dynamic lighting effects. Its primary benefit is the 3-in-1 functionality, combining a powerful centre spot with multi-colored gobos, a vibrant RGBW wash effect, and an integrated LED ring, all within a single unit. A potential caveat for larger venues is its compact size, which may limit coverage compared to larger professional fixtures. Key features include a 30W center spot, six 8W RGBW LEDs for wash, and 18 0.2W RGB LEDs for an additional halo effect, offering a rich palette of colors and beam patterns.

FAQs
What is the power consumption of the STAR-WASH-BL?
The fixture operates on a wide power supply range of 90 to 240V AC, 50/60Hz. Specific wattage will depend on the selected effects and intensity, but it is designed for energy efficiency.
Can I link multiple STAR-WASH-BL units together?
Yes, you can link multiple units using the Master-Slave mode. Connect the DMX OUT of the master unit to the DMX IN of the slave unit(s).
What is the beam angle of the center spot and the wash effect?
The center spot has a beam angle of 45°. The wash effect created by the RGBW LEDs also provides broad coverage suitable for its intended applications.
How do I reset the moving head to its default settings?
Consult the user manual for specific reset procedures, which typically involve navigating the LCD menu. This often requires holding down certain buttons during power-up or accessing a dedicated 'Reset' option in the menu.
What type of DMX controller is recommended?
Any standard DMX controller that supports 14 or 19 channels will work. Basic controllers are sufficient for simpler shows, while advanced controllers offer greater creative control.
Is this light suitable for outdoor use?
No, the STAR-WASH-BL is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures can damage the unit and void the warranty.
What is the warranty period for this product?
Please refer to the retailer or manufacturer's documentation for the specific warranty period, as it can vary. Typically, professional lighting equipment comes with a limited warranty.
Troubleshooting
Light does not turn on
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the fixture and a working power outlet. Verify the power outlet is receiving power. Check if the main power switch on the unit is in the 'on' position.
Moving head is not responding to DMX controller
Confirm that DMX cables are correctly connected (IN to OUT) and are not damaged. Ensure the correct DMX address is set on the fixture via the LCD display. Check that the DMX controller is set to the correct channel mode (14 or 19 channels).
Sound-activated mode is not working
Ensure the unit is set to 'Sound' mode. Check if the microphone sensitivity (if adjustable) is set appropriately for the ambient noise level. Make sure the sound source is loud enough to trigger the effect.
Pan or Tilt movement is erratic or stuck
Turn off the unit and check for any physical obstructions blocking the movement. Ensure the unit is mounted securely and not under excessive stress. If the issue persists, contact support.
Gobos or colors are not displaying correctly
Check DMX channel assignments for color and gobo selection if using DMX mode. Ensure the gobo wheel is properly seated. Clean the lens and internal optics if they appear dirty.
