Light does not turn on

Check that the power supply is on and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Ensure the GU10 bulbs are correctly installed and functioning. Verify all wiring connections are secure (if applicable and comfortable doing so, otherwise consult an electrician).

One or more lights flicker

This could indicate a loose bulb connection. Turn off the power, remove and reinsert the affected bulb(s). If the issue persists, try replacing the bulb, as it may be faulty or nearing the end of its lifespan. Ensure the bulb wattage does not exceed 5w.

Fixture feels loose on the ceiling

Turn off the power and re-secure the mounting screws. Ensure the ceiling material can adequately support the fixture.
