Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the wok in warm soapy water with a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is durable, always use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. When cooking, use medium to high heat; avoid overheating an empty pan. For cleaning, wait for the wok to cool down completely before washing by hand. Never use abrasive scouring pads or harsh steel wool. Store by hanging or stacking with a protective cloth liner between pans to protect the interior finish.
