This track is designed for standard window frame mounting. Ceiling mounting would require specific adaptors or alternative solutions not included with this product.

The track is designed for light to heavy fabrics. For very heavy or theatre-style curtains, we recommend using additional support brackets to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Wipe the track with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

While not explicitly designed for joining, it may be possible with appropriate connectors. However, this could potentially affect the smoothness of the glide and is not recommended for optimal performance.

You will typically need a tape measure, a pencil, a fine-tooth saw for trimming, a drill, a level, and a screwdriver. Appropriate wall fixings for your wall type will also be necessary.

The classic black finish is designed for durability, but like most finishes, it can be susceptible to scratching if subjected to sharp or abrasive contact. Handle with care during installation and use.

Ensure the track is straight and free of debris. Check that curtain hooks are not bent or catching on the track. Verify that the track is securely mounted and not flexing under the weight of the curtains.

Gently apply pressure, ensuring not to force it. For tighter curves, consider warming the track slightly (do not overheat) or seeking assistance. Ensure you are bending along the intended flex points.

Use a fine-tooth hacksaw and a cutting guide for a cleaner cut. After cutting, use a file to smooth any rough edges that might snag the curtain gliders.
