Troubleshooting
Carabiner clip feels loose or weak
Check the hinge for debris or sand buildup; rinse with water and ensure the spring snaps back into place firmly.
Towel is not absorbing water effectively
This is often caused by residue from fabric softener. Wash the towel again without detergent or softener to restore its natural absorbency.
Persistent stains on the black fabric
Pre-treat the stained area with a mild stain remover and gently scrub with a soft brush before machine washing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To attach the Srixon Tour Towel, simply press the spring-loaded carabiner and hook it through the dedicated towel ring or handle on your golf bag.
To ensure the longevity of your towel:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water to preserve the fiber integrity.
- Avoid using heavy fabric softeners, as these can reduce the absorbency of the material over time.
- Air dry the towel completely if it becomes heavily soaked during a round to prevent long-term fabric degradation.
