Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Adjust the FAS Plus System: Loosen all adjustable straps. Put the backpack on and adjust the shoulder straps, sternum strap, and hip belt to ensure a snug and comfortable fit. The hip belt should rest on your iliac crest for optimal weight distribution.
- Organize the Main Compartment: Utilize the internal chamber division hood to create one or two main compartments as needed. Pack heavier items closer to your back and distribute weight evenly.
- Attach External Gear: Use the MOLLE webbing to attach any additional pouches, tools, or gear. Ensure items are securely fastened to prevent shifting during movement.
Compatibility:
The MOLLE webbing is a standard system compatible with a wide range of MOLLE-compatible pouches, bags, and accessories available on the market.
Care:
- Cleaning: Hand wash the backpack using cool water and mild soap. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, as they can damage the fabric and coating.
- Drying: Air dry the backpack thoroughly in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Do not machine dry.
- Storage: Store the backpack in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure it is completely dry before long-term storage to prevent mold or mildew.
