Troubleshooting
Missing pieces
While rare, if pieces are missing, double-check the box and surrounding area thoroughly. Ravensburger typically does not offer replacement pieces for individual missing parts, but you can contact their customer service for assistance or inquire about replacement options.
Pieces do not fit together well
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct section of the puzzle. Examine the shapes closely; Ravensburger pieces are precisely cut, so a poor fit usually indicates a wrong piece selection. Check for any damage to the piece edges.
Puzzle image is too dark or hard to see
Work in a well-lit area. The natural linen embossing is designed to reduce glare, but additional lighting may still be beneficial. Try adjusting the light source to minimize reflections.
