For optimal scent diffusion, flip the reeds every 3-7 days or whenever you notice the fragrance starting to fade.

This product is a refill only and does not include reeds or a vessel. You will need to use your existing reeds or purchase new ones separately.

The approximate product dimensions are 18cm in height and 5.5cm in diameter.

Flip the reeds to expose the saturated ends. Ensure the room is not overly large or excessively ventilated. Consider adding more reeds or using the refill in a smaller space.

Remove a few reeds. Ensure the diffuser is not placed in a small, enclosed space. You can also dilute the oil slightly with a carrier oil if absolutely necessary, though this may affect longevity.

Ensure the reeds are fully submerged in the oil and have had sufficient time to absorb it (allow 24 hours). Check that the reeds are not clogged; replace them if they appear dusty or saturated.

Check if there is a plastic seal under the cap that needs to be removed. If the cap is tight, try running the cap under warm water for a few moments before attempting to unscrew it.
