Product Information

Full details

The Shires Flexi Grazer Grazing Muzzle is designed for durability, effectiveness, and comfort, making it an excellent choice for managing your horse's grazing. It acts as a barrier to prevent over-eating as part of a controlled diet. Key features include a ventilated muzzle made from Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) for a balance of softness and strength, a durable construction, an ergonomically-shaped padded harness for a secure and comfortable fit, and a fully adjustable design. The harness also features a Velcro safety fastening that will release under extreme pressure and a lower D-ring for attaching a lead rope. This muzzle is available in Navy. Grazing muzzles are a proven aid in managed feeding programs and for horses on restricted diets. Research suggests that muzzles can be more effective than simply reducing turnout time, as horses can adapt their grazing behavior to compensate for less time in the field.
