The FloPlast Pan Connector SP106 is a professional-grade plumbing component designed for installers and DIY enthusiasts who need to bridge the gap between a WC pan and a soil pipe in challenging, restricted, or misaligned spaces. Its primary benefit is the ability to handle up to 5 degrees of angular misalignment, ensuring a reliable connection where rigid piping fails; however, users should note that while it is highly flexible, it is intended specifically for standard WC configurations and may not suit unconventional custom pipe routing.

Check if the sealing diaphragm is properly seated and free of debris or grit.
Ensure the pipe ends are deburred and smooth; use a small amount of silicone lubricant if the friction is too high.
To install, ensure the soil pipe is clean and free of debris. Slide the connector onto the WC pan outlet and ensure the sealing diaphragm is seated firmly against the pipe to prevent leaks. While the SP106 is durable, avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners on the internal seal, as this can degrade the rubber over time. Regular maintenance involves simply checking the connection for moisture during standard bathroom cleaning to ensure the seal remains tight.
