Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before starting, ensure your target surface is clean, dry, and free of grease or loose paint. For previously painted woodwork, lightly sand the surface to provide a 'key' for the new paint to grip. If applying to bare metal or porous materials, use an appropriate primer to ensure a consistent finish. Application is best achieved using a high-quality synthetic brush or a short-pile mohair roller to minimize brush marks. For care, avoid harsh chemical cleaners; standard mild soap and water on a soft cloth are sufficient to keep the surface looking new. Ensure the paint has fully cured—usually several days—before attempting to scrub or heavily clean the surface.
