FAQs

What are the specific dimensions of the sofas?

The 3-seater measures 200cm W x 90cm D x 78cm H, and the 2-seater measures 165cm W x 90cm D x 78cm H.

Are the cushion covers removable for washing?

The Wilcot series features fixed upholstery; it is recommended to spot clean rather than removing the covers.

What material are the feet made of?

The feet are constructed from durable, high-density plastic designed for stability and floor protection.

Is this sofa suitable for a small apartment?

While the set is spacious, the 2-seater can be placed in smaller rooms, though the combined 3+2 set is best suited for medium to large living areas.

How do I best maintain the beige color?

Avoid placing the sofas in direct sunlight and vacuum them regularly to prevent dust from settling into the fabric fibers.

Troubleshooting

Wobbling or uneven seating stability

Check that all plastic feet are screwed in tightly and ensure the floor beneath the sofa is level.

Fabric appears dull or dusty

Use a fabric-safe upholstery vacuum attachment to lift dirt particles from the weave.

Small spot or stain on fabric

Gently blot with a solution of mild dish soap and water, testing on an inconspicuous area first.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Provides ample seating space for up to five people
Deep cushions offer superior comfort and back support
Neutral beige color integrates easily into any home palette
Well-proportioned dimensions fit most standard living room layouts

Cons

Light beige fabric is susceptible to showing dirt and stains
Fixed cushions may be harder to deep clean than removable covers
Requires significant floor space to accommodate both pieces

Setup, Compatibility & Care

When setting up the Wilcot 3+2 sofa set, ensure you have measured your room dimensions to accommodate the 200cm and 165cm widths of the pieces. The sofas arrive with plastic feet that should be inspected for secure attachment upon delivery. For ongoing care, use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum attachment on a low-suction setting to remove dust and crumbs from the upholstery regularly. For accidental spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners, as they may discolor the beige fabric. Keep the set away from direct sunlight to prevent the fabric color from fading over time.
