Is the birdbath suitable for all weather conditions?

Yes, it is made from reconstituted stone/concrete and is suitable for all-year-round outdoor use. However, emptying the bowl during freezing temperatures is advised to prevent frost damage.

What is the weight of the birdbath?

The birdbath weighs approximately 25 kg.

How should I clean the birdbath?

Clean the birdbath with a damp cloth. For tougher dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.

Adhesive is not typically included. You will need to purchase a suitable silicone adhesive or sealant separately for securing the bowl to the base.

What material is the birdbath made from?

Troubleshooting

Birdbath is wobbly after assembly

Ensure the bowl is securely fixed to the pedestal base using silicone adhesive or sealant as recommended. Allow sufficient drying time for the adhesive.

Water is not holding in the bowl

Check for any cracks in the bowl. If minor, a sealant might help. For significant cracks, contact customer support.

Finish appears to be fading

This is a natural characteristic of outdoor stone products over time. Avoid harsh cleaning agents. Minor touch-ups might be possible with compatible stone paints.

Difficult to move due to weight

Always lift with a partner or use appropriate lifting aids. Avoid dragging the birdbath to prevent damage to the base and your garden surface.
