Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Ensure walls are clean, dry, and free from old wallpaper or loose paint.
- Use a quality wallpaper adhesive suitable for 'Paste The Paper' application.
- Apply adhesive evenly to the back of the wallpaper strip.
- Allow the pasted paper to 'relax' for the time recommended by the adhesive manufacturer (booking).
- Hang the strip on the wall, aligning carefully with the ceiling and edges.
- Use a wallpaper brush or smoother to press the paper firmly onto the wall, working from the center outwards to remove air bubbles.
- Trim excess wallpaper at the ceiling and skirting board with a sharp knife.
- Apply subsequent strips, ensuring the pattern match is correct with the previous strip.
Compatibility:
This wallpaper is suitable for most interior walls that are properly prepared. It is compatible with standard wallpaper adhesives. Ensure the wall surface is sound and dry.
Care:
To clean, use a damp cloth or sponge. For more stubborn marks, a mild detergent solution can be used sparingly. Avoid excessive moisture or scrubbing, which could damage the embossed texture or metallic finish. Due to its 'Extra Washable' rating, light cleaning is generally effective.
