No, both the grinder and the espresso maker are fully manual.
Yes, you can use cold water and a coarser grind to produce cold brew coffee.
The precision grinder features 12 adjustable grind settings.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the integrity of the burrs and internal seals.
The grinder uses high-quality CNC-machined conical metal burrs.
Yes, the set comes with a convenient carrying bag for travel.
The grind size may be too fine or the coffee is tamped too tightly. Try a slightly coarser setting and reduce pressure when tamping.
Ensure the water chamber is properly sealed and the pump mechanism is free of debris. Use hot water for better pressure buildup.
The grind setting might be set to its finest point, causing burr friction. Adjust the setting to a slightly coarser level.
Before the first use, rinse all detachable components with warm water to remove any manufacturing residue. The grinder settings can be adjusted by rotating the dial at the base of the grinding mechanism; ensure it is set to a finer notch for espresso and a coarser notch for cold brew. After each use, disassemble the espresso maker and clear the filter basket of spent grounds to prevent clogging. Use a small brush to clean the conical burrs of the grinder to prevent oil buildup. The entire unit is water-resistant, but it is recommended to hand-wash parts thoroughly with mild soap and dry them completely before storing them in the provided carrying case.
