Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your kit, always inspect the threads of the pressure gauge before attachment to avoid cross-threading. Ensure that the system being tested is not under extreme pressure spikes that exceed 160 PSI, as this could damage the internal diaphragm of the gauge. When using the thermometer, ensure the probe is fully submerged or placed in direct contact with the medium for accurate results. After every use, wipe the instruments clean with a soft, dry cloth to prevent mineral buildup from water. Store the kit in its provided carry case, keeping it away from extreme heat or damp conditions to maintain the accuracy of the sensitive internal components.
