FAQs

What type of massage does the Beurer FM 28 offer?

The Beurer FM 28 offers a vibration-based massage, not a deep-kneading shiatsu massage.

How is the foot massager powered?

It is powered via a USB-C cable, allowing connection to laptops, power banks, or USB wall adapters.

Can I use the heat and vibration functions at the same time?

Yes, one of the three available programs combines both vibration and heat for a dual-action experience.

Is a USB power adapter included?

Typically, only the USB-C cable is included. You will need to use your own USB power adapter or connect it to a powered USB port.

How do I clean the foot massager?

Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents and do not submerge the unit in water.

What are the dimensions of the foot massager?

The FM 28 is designed to be compact and flexible for easy storage. Specific dimensions can be found in the product manual, but it accommodates most adult foot sizes.

Does this massager have different intensity levels?

The FM 28 offers different programs (vibration only, heat only, combined), but typically does not feature adjustable intensity levels for the vibration.

Troubleshooting

Device does not turn on.

Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the massager and a functioning power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter.

Heating function is not working.

Verify that the heat program is selected. Allow a few minutes for the cushion to warm up. Ensure the power source is adequate.

Vibration is weak or absent.

Check that the vibration program is selected. Ensure the USB power source is providing sufficient power. Make sure feet are positioned correctly on the cushion.

Massager stops working during use.

Check the USB connection to ensure it hasn't come loose. The device may have a safety auto-shutoff; unplug it for a few minutes and try again.
