The Elba Suspension File (100331250) is an essential organizational tool for office managers, students, and home-office professionals seeking a durable solution for high-volume document storage. Crafted from robust 240gsm reinforced board, these files offer excellent longevity and protection for important paperwork; however, users should note that they are specifically sized for foolscap documents and may not fit standard letter-sized cabinets as snugly.

These are foolscap files, which are wider than A4. They will fit in most foolscap-width cabinets, but will be loose in a dedicated A4-only cabinet.
This pack contains 50 individual green suspension files.
The files are made from 240gsm reinforced board.
Please check the individual box contents, but these systems typically ship with standard clear plastic index tabs.
Yes, the 240gsm reinforced board is specifically designed to be durable enough for long-term document storage.
Verify that your cabinet is sized for foolscap and that the rails are not bent or misaligned.
Check if the document weight exceeds the recommended capacity; redistribute contents if necessary.
To set up your filing system, simply slide the included plastic tabs (if applicable) into the designated slots on the top edges of the file. Ensure your filing cabinet or desk drawer is equipped with standard foolscap-width runners. To maintain the integrity of the files, avoid overstuffing beyond the intended capacity of the V-base, as this can strain the suspension hooks. Keep the files in a dry environment to prevent the card stock from absorbing moisture and becoming brittle over time.
